Facilitator
Susan Nienaber will be joining us this year to guide our conversation.
As an Elder in the Minnesota Annual Conference and a Senior Consultant
at The Alban Institute, Susan is both part of our United Methodist
connection and familiar with ministry today in a broader context.
Well-versed in the practice of Appreciative Inquiry, Susan provides
direct intervention, training, and education to congregations and
denominations in the areas of conflict transformation, mediation,
crisis intervention, reconciliation, and professional misconduct.
She has also served in the local church and as a marriage and family
therapist.
Worship
We walk the Lenten journey together this year. The season comes around
every winter and spring, and sometimees it seems there are only so
many things to do in worship. How do we keep it fresh? How do we
tell the old, old story in ways that do it justice while shedding
new light on well-worn paths?
Enjoy this time of worship with your colleagues, and take some ideas home
to try in your own setting next spring. We had feedback from a number
of you that last year's materials were helpful during Advent and
Christmas. Don't miss out on this opportunity to broaden your worship
horizons...and to truly worship.
